Sleeping position, to remember what you learn on day??

Hello friends, i will give information how to sleep at night, to remember what you learn on day.

I will talk at three important parts of our body.

Heart
Stomach
Brain

These are three important part of our body if we do not give proper rest then its bad effect are on our body.

1. Heart
               Our  heart at middle of our body chest. It deliver maximum blood from left side.so it is better to sleep on left side. If we sleep at right side then due to gravity it need more power to pump blood. Which is not good of you if you are a student because you have limited time to sleep at night.

2. Stomach
                    According to science our food is digested at left side because in left side a digestive juice is present, which helps to digest food.
                    So again left side is best for stomach. If you sleep at right side then you face problem like digestive problem or constipation.

3. Brain
              Our brain has no problem like left or right. But it release some toxic elements which are released at morning. But for proper work above two parts are proper functioning at night.

 So guys if you read my post very clearly then tell it with your parents because above 50 they will face such problem. Have a nice night.
